Bio
Clifford Saron is an associate research scientist and investigates the training of attention and emotion regulation through contemplative practice and sensory processing, multisensory integration, and interhemispheric communication in children with autism. Through his work at the Center for Mind & Brain and the Mind Institute, Saron uses qualitative, self-report, behavioral, electrophysiological, and biochemical measures to study the effects of intensive mediation training. He also uses behavioral measures, eye tracking and ERPs to study deficits in low-level processing in those with autism spectrum disorder.
