Bio
Richard Robins is a professor of psychology and studies social-personality and developmental psychology, focusing on social perception, self-evaluation, and social judgment. At his Personality, Self, and Emotion Lab, Robins uses longitudinal methods to assess the impact of personality on psychological functioning. His research interests include the role of personality in adolescent maladaptive behaviors, relationship satisfaction, and the consequences of positive illusions.
